A boutique hospitality brand with a beautiful coastal property was 80% dependent on OTAs, paying double-digit commissions, and invisible on social. Direct bookings were flat year-over-year despite a record category.

We positioned the property as a destination, not a hotel, and built a founder-led short-form content engine around the chef, the head of housekeeping, and the local fishermen they source from. A regional creator program brought in storytelling reach, and a paid layer retargeted high-intent travel audiences.
