1. Our commitment
Growth X is committed to delivering high-quality, transparent and accountable work for every client. We treat refund requests seriously and review each one fairly and on its merits.
2. Free deliverables
Resources offered free of charge — including the free social media audit and any complimentary consultation — are provided at no cost to the recipient and are therefore not subject to refund.
3. Paid engagements
All paid engagements with Growth X are governed by a written Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties. The SOW specifies scope, deliverables, fees, payment terms and any project-specific cancellation or refund terms.
In the absence of project-specific terms, the following default policy applies:
- Setup & onboarding fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
- Monthly retainers may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Fees for the notice period remain payable.
- Production work already completed (creative, content, ad spend, third-party costs) is non-refundable.
- Unused prepaid services may be credited toward future work at our discretion.
4. Ad spend
Media budgets paid directly to advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google) are managed on the client's behalf and are non-refundable by Growth X. Refunds for media spend are subject to the policies of each individual platform.
5. How to request a refund
If you believe a refund is warranted, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the relevant invoice. Include your company name, the invoice in question and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 5 business days.
6. Disputes
We encourage clients to raise concerns directly so we can resolve them quickly and fairly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the dispute-resolution provisions of the applicable Statement of Work and our Terms of Service apply.
