These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by Growth X Advertising LLC ("Growth X", "we", "us") and any services provided through it. By accessing the site you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Growth X provides social media marketing services including strategy, content production, paid social advertising, creator/influencer marketing, community management, and analytics. The scope, deliverables, fees and timelines for each engagement are defined in a separate written agreement (a "Statement of Work") signed by both parties.

You confirm that any information you submit through forms on this site is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it on behalf of the organization you represent.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, copy frameworks and design — is the property of Growth X Advertising LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

For client engagements, ownership of deliverables is governed by the applicable Statement of Work.

While Growth X applies disciplined methodologies and reports honestly on performance, we do not and cannot guarantee specific business outcomes (revenue, ROAS, follower count or any other metric). Performance depends on many factors outside of our control, including product, pricing, market conditions and platform policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growth X Advertising LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of this website. Our total liability under any client engagement is governed by the applicable Statement of Work.

Our services interact with third-party platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google and others). We are not responsible for changes, suspensions or actions taken by those platforms, including changes to algorithms, policies or ad account standing.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to this site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or to Growth X.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
